The Jewish Hospital – Mercy Health Mobile Mammography Van To Visit Brown Mackie College — Northern Kentucky

(February 9, 2012 — Ft. Mitchell, KY) Brown Mackie College — Northern Kentucky, located at 309 Buttermilk Pike in Ft. Mitchell, is pleased to announce that The Jewish Hospital – Mercy Health Mobile Mammography Van will visit the campus on Tuesday, February 14, from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. to conduct mammography screenings. Professional teams consisting of women only will operate and perform the screenings.
The American Cancer Society and American College of Radiology recommend that all women age 40 and over have annual mammograms. Women at increased risk should talk with their doctors about the benefits and limitations of starting mammograms when they are younger, having additional tests (such as breast ultrasound or MRI) or having more frequent exams.
